Keep track of your field employees’ locations with allGeo’s geofencing technology. Monitoring is automatically turned off after work hours based on company policies and schedule, ensuring employee privacy.

Using allGeo, managers can plan the best route for their field employees and dispatch assignments to the employee’s app. During shift hours, the system automatically computes mileage, freeing the field employee from manually tracking miles to focus on the most important aspect of their job: customer service.

With allGeo, you can track time against tasks, jobs and customers to help estimate labor and job costing. You can also run scheduled and on-demand reports based on employee groups, customers, workorders / jobs and more. Overtime and double overtime configurations can be customized to help manage payroll. Reports can be exported in various formats or integrated with ADP Workforce Now® using allGeo’s ADP® connector.

The allGeo application integrates with ADP Workforce Now® for bidirectional exchange of employees, schedules, attendance, and their field activity logs. This is a real time integration that pushes the payroll related data from the allGeo application to ADP. The following fields will be sent from the allGeo App to ADP:

  • In time and Out time
  • Service Hour (Regular, OverTime & Double Overtime)
  • Clock-in time and Clock-out time with Job Site Details
  • Mileage

From within the allGeo platform, users can connect to ADP in two ways:

  • Manually: Sign in to ADP and import time clock entries and schedules into ADP manually.
  • Automatically: You can set up an automatic process by creating an ADP schedule from within the allGeo platform. The schedule defines all the information (employee, schedule, jobsite) that will automatically be imported into the ADP system in real time.

allGeo uses geofence technology to record field employees’ attendance at job sites. The geofence feature will alert businesses when the employee reaches their assigned job site and travels outside of it. Using this technology, businesses can measure the exact amount of time employees spend at all their assigned job sites during work hours. Monitoring is automatically turned off after work hours based on custom HR policies and employee privacy guidelines (e.g. switch off when employee is at lunch).

In addition to time clocking, allGeo is a one-stop solution for your field service workflow. It includes automatic scheduling, dispatch using SMS / IVR / app notifications, monitoring, mileage, field data collection, performance measurement, reporting and web API (or pre built connectors) to integrate with other software systems in your workflow.
